Registration fees & deadlines

The registration fee for the workshop is primarily aimed at funding initiatives to the benefit of our community through the Physics and Life division of the Société Française de Physique. In a context of low membership revenue for the Society, it enables us to fund our own thesis prize to encourage young talents in our field, to finance outreach events throughout France, to foster partnerships with foreign scientific societies (currently the DPG) and to support research events and initiatives in France.

While we hope and believe that many of you are supportive of these objectives and able to contribute to them, we encourage you to get in touch with us if you feel that this registration fee is a barrier to your participation in the event. We will be happy to discuss alternative solutions.

Registration fee for permanent researchers: 50 €

Registration fee for students and postdocs: 0 €

Payment method

Fill in the following form to register, indicating your status and payment method. If paying through a French bon de commande, we will shortly send you a pré-bon de commande to be handled by your lab administrator. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, we will send you the IBAN where your payment must be directed. We will next send you a receipt as we receive your payment.
